Notice to Competitors

Rules of Play: The USGA Rules of Golf, Minnesota PGA Hard Card, Minnesota PGA Pace of Play Policy, Notice to Competitors, as well as any Local Rules will govern play. Players will receive a Local Rules sheet daily at their starting hole/player registration.
 
Schedule:         Sunday, August 30th: Optional Pro-Pro Warm-up. See enclosed flyer for more details.
                        Monday, August 31st: Round 1. Shotgun start at 10 a.m.
                        Tuesday, September 1st: Round 2. Pairings will be based on first round score. Tee times off of Hole #1 beginning at 7:30 a.m.
 
Courses:         The “Lakes” & “Woods” courses will be used for the Championship.
 
Reception:      Following Round 1 there will be a reception at 6:00 p.m . for players and guests. A $20 fee will be charged to guests ($9 for children) and payable on-site for those who indicated they will be bringing guests on the entry form.
 
Qualifying for 2010 Professional National Championship: Concurrent to the Minnesota PGA Professional Championship, the low 8 eligible scores (3 alternate positions) will advance to the 2010 PGA Professional Championship at French Lick Resort & Casino in French Lick, Indiana.
 
Pairings:           First round pairings will be emailed to all competitors the week of August 17.
 
Withdraw Policy: Any player who withdraws prior to August 31st will receive a refund of $130.
 
Distance Measuring Devices: Are allowed per the MN PGA Hard Card.
 
Championship Lodging: See enclosed letter from Grand View Lodge.
