| On Monday, June 23rd, Assistant Golf Professionals from the Minnesota PGA will be offering a full day of golfing activities exclusively for matches of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. The day will begin with a golf clinic to be held at Halla Greens in Chanhassen from 10:30-11:30am. This will be a great opportunity to introduce kids to the game of golf and receive some free professional instruction (clubs will be provided). From there, the group will head over to Interlachen Country Club in Edina and spend the afternoon with some of the world’s best golfers at the U.S. Women’s Open. Activities at Interlachen will include lunch, a golf trick-shot show conducted by paraplegic Dennis Walters, and watching some of the top female golfers in the world play golf on one of the most beautiful courses in America. The day’s activities will conclude at 4:00pm. |
