Schedule:
Friday, May 9: Off the 1st/10th tees between 7:50 AM & 9:50 AM.
Pro-Am-- Some contestants will be paired with guests of the Stanton Group and TaylorMade for Round 1.
Saturday, May 10: Off the 1st tee between 12:30 PM & 3:30 PM
Sunday, May 11: Off the 1st tee between 9:30 AM & 11:00 AM
Pairings for Regular Division: See enclosed pairing sheet for Round 1. Second and third round pairings will be based on previous round scores. NOTE: There will be a cut to the low 24 scoring players and anyone within 8 strokes of the lead following the second round of play.
Pairings for Past Masters Division: Round 1 will begin at 12:30pm on Saturday, May 10th. Second round pairings will be based on first round scores.
Practice Rounds: Contact Bearpath Golf & Country Club and identify yourself as a tournament participant. Time and availability will be limited.
Electronic Measuring Devices: The use of electronic measuring devices is permitted.
Golf Cars/Caddies: Golf cars are allowed and are at the player’s expense. Bearpath G&CC will have caddies available, please contact the golf shop to make arrangements. Also, players may bring their own caddie, carry their own clubs, or use a pull cart.
Dress Code: Players must be neat in appearance with respect to clothing and personal grooming. Shirts must have collars and denim pants and jeans are not allowed. Dress code applies to caddies as well as players. Players are responsible for the appearance of their caddies.
Withdrawal/Refunds: Player registration fees will be refunded, regardless of reason, if the Minnesota Section PGA is notified prior to the close of entries. After the close of entries and before Wednesday, May 7, 2008 the entry fee will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. Refunds will not be granted after Wednesday, May 7, 2008.
