Play is governed by the USGA Rules of Golf, the Minnesota PGA Hard Card and applicable supplementary rules of play provided to all competitors at the Championship site. Note: The one ball condition will be in effect for the Championship.
In adition, the use of cellular phones and pagers on the Championship course is prohibited. By local rule, the use of electronic
devices for the purpose of measuring yardage only will be allowed during the Championship.
