Players who withdraw from either the qualifying round or the tournament before the entry deadline date will receive full refunds. Players who withdraw after the final closing of entries and at least two business days before the appointed qualifying round will receive a refund less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, July 17, 2007. |
